1. Main info
1.1. The motorcycle stunt riding competition is taking place on April 15th 2016 in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
Venue address: Lakhtinskiy prospect 85, Garden City, motorcycle show IMIS 2016.
14.04.2016 19.00 Arrival of participants, Tech inspection, Free Training.
15.04.2016 09.00 Arrival of participants, Tech inspection, Free Training.
11.00 – 11.30 Briefing with participants and judges.
11.30 – 11.45 Formal opening of the Competition on IMIS stage.
12.00 – 12.15 Presentation of participants and judges to the audience on Competition venue.
12.15 – 18.30 1st and 2nd rounds of Competition.
18.30 – 19.00 Review of Competitions results.
19.00 – 19.15 Award and Closing ceremonies at the venue.
19.30 – 19.45 Autograph signing session inside the IMIS exhibit location.
1.2. The main goals of the Competition are:
- To increase the level and skills of motorcycle riding
- To identify the strongest riders and crews
- To popularize and promote this sport in Russia and other countries.
2. Management and organization
2.1. The main management and control is executed by IMIS 2016. The preparation and realization of the Competition is executed by the LLC Motorcycle School 1X1 (General organizer).
2.2. All the rights of the Event generally and its contained elements, which includes professional movie, video and photo shooting, concerning the Competition or any integrated part of it in any form (written, printed, online or any other) belongs to General organizer and IMIS.
2.3. Any unauthorized commercial activity within the territory of the Competition is forbidden!
3. Requirements for participation
3.1. To participate in the Competition the rider should be aged 9 and up and possess the following:
- a passport (for riders aged 14 and older)
- a birth certificate (for riders under 14)
- proof of medical insurance, which provides participation in motorcycle competitions with insured value of 100.000 RUB minimum.
- proper protective equipment: helmet, gloves, motorcycle jacket with back, elbow and shoulder-joint protection (or protective armor), knee guards.
3.2. A start number will be assigned to the rider on the venue by drawing after the registration. No entry fee is needed.
3.3. By signing the application form, the rider declares that he or she:
- assures to comply with the rules of the Competition
- discharges the General organizer and IMIS from the liability of any possible losses of his health or his property, incurred by anyone or through anyone’s fault, during the training or the show, or any other event of the Competition.
3.4. If the rider is under 18 years old, the application form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, who thereby assumes all the risks and losses described in 3.3. of this regulation and will discharge the General organizer and IMIS from any responsibility.
The rules of staging the Competition
4.1. The Competition is staged on an asphalted venue.
4.2. The Competition includes free training and two rounds for each class:
- The “PRO" class for motorcycles with engine volume of 599cc and over
- The “OPEN” class for motorcycles with engine volume of 125cc and over
4.3. The 1st and 2nd rounds for the «PRO» class include:
- a warm-up, greetings of the audience and other riders and judges (30 seconds for each round)
- a freestyle riding routine (3 minutes for each round). The time for this routine starts from the green flag sweep. The signal of the routine’s end is the sweep of the checkered finish flag
- show’s end (30 seconds for each round)
4.4. The 1st and 2nd rounds for the «OPEN» class include:
- a warm-up, greetings of the audience and other riders and judges (30 seconds for each round)

5. Evaluation of riders
5.1. The evaluation of riders in the «PRO» and «OPEN» classes is judged by the following criteria:
- Discipline of rear wheel performance (wheelie). Maximum 20pts, minimum 0pts.
- Discipline of front wheel performance (stoppie). Maximum 10pts, minimum 0pts.
- Discipline of drifts/burnouts. Maximum 10pts, minimum 0pts.
- Discipline of acrobatic elements. Maximum 10pts, minimum 0pts.
- The appeal, individuality and style. Maximum 10pts, minimum 0pts.
5.2. The placement in the Competition depends on the sum of points which each rider receives during his or her 2 rounds.
The 1st place will be assigned to the rider who gains the maximum of points in his or her class.
The 2nd place will be assigned to the rider who gains the second maximum of points in his or her class.
The 3rd place will be assigned to the rider who gains the third maximum of points in his or her class.
In case of the same amount of points for two or more riders, these riders will be assigned a 1 minute additional routine. During this routine, the riders will receive points and the placement will be assigned by the sum of these points. The rider who gains the maximum sum of points will get a higher placement in the overall ranking.
6. Judging
6.1. The Competition is evaluated by three judges (the head judge and two others), which are named by the General organizer of the Competition. Each judge is evaluating all five categories named in 5.1. Hence, the highest placement in the overall ranking, will be assigned to the rider who receives the highest sum of points according to all judges.
6.2. The judges may be persons who are qualified in this area and/or riders who are not claiming the prize fund of the Competition.
7. Prize fund
7.1. Prize fund for the "PRO" class:
1st place – 30.000 RUB + CUP + CERTIFICATE
1st place – 20.000 RUB + CUP + CERTIFICATE
3rd place – 10.000 RUB + CUP + CERTIFICATE
7.2. Prize fund for the "OPEN" class:
1st place – 10.000 RUB + CUP + CERTIFICATE
1st place – 5.000 RUB + CUP + CERTIFICATE
3rd place – 3.000 RUB + CUP + CERTIFICATE
7.3. All the participants of the Competition will get a participation certificate. The winners and runner-ups may also receive gifts from sponsors aside from the prize fund.
8. The registration of participants
8.1. The application form for participation in the Competition can be filled out at the official website stuntday.com or sent in by mail to mail@stuntday.com, or at the event page at the Vkontakte social network.
8.2. The application should contain:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Country and city
- Brand and model of motorcycle
- Length of experience in stunt riding
- Class of the Competition to attend
- Name of the crew or individual trial
- Achievements in sports
- Photos and videos of your stunt riding (optional)
- Phone number
- Email
9. Penalties and Fines
9.1. Violation – penalization
Absence of medical insurance – refusal of participation
Not passing the tech inspection – refusal of participation
9.2. For inappropriate behavior towards the organizers, the audience or the Press – 5.000 RUB fine, disqualification from the Competition or the loss of prize money.
9.3. For dangerous or rude riding (in particular purposeful contact with the opponent’s motorcycle) – warning or disqualification from the Competition.
10. Press
10.1. All press representatives are welcome to work at the Competition after getting an accreditation from the General organizer or IMIS. By the end of the Competition, IMIS and the General organizer will have the right to obtain photos and videos for their use, with proper citation of the original source. In turn, the press representatives are obligated to provide IMIS or the General organizer with the photos or videos.
11. Technical regulations
11.1. The following motorcycles are admitted to participate in the Competition:
In the "PRO" class - any standard or specially modified motorcycles with 2 strokes and more with engine volume of 599cc and up.
In the "OPEN" - class - any standard or specially modified motorcycles with any number of strokes with engine volume of 125cc and up.
11.2. The specifications for technical condition of the motorcycle:
- The motorcycle has to be in good repair!
- The tires, brakes and all other mechanical systems should satisfy the standards of riding safety.
- The motorcycle should not leak fuel, lubricants or any other liquids.
11.3. The technical inspection takes place:
- Before the beginning of free training
- Right before the ride out on the venue
The motorcycle should be brought in for technical inspection with preparations according to the description given in 11.2.
11.4. The fact of bringing the motorcycle by the rider for technical inspection, before the start of the Competition, will be considered by the General organizer as the official confirmation of its good repair and its compliance with the technical regulations.
The technical inspection is necessary for all the participants!
